STRESS MANAGEMENT WAYS:

Every one have or most of the people have hobbies like painting, watching movies, gardening, dance, singing, games, chating with friends, reading books, play with your children etc., This simple step is focus your attention in your favorate hobby. This is very simple but effective way of reduce stress.
